Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase from Ritoh Art.

Each painting is an original work. Colours may look slightly different on your screen from the real painting.

Prices are set in Kenyan shillings. For customers elsewhere, prices are shown in your currency using the day's exchange rate, or a fixed price where we have set one. The amount and exchange rate you see at checkout are the ones you pay. Shipping is confirmed separately.

An order is confirmed once payment is received or we confirm your reservation. A painting is held for a buyer only once it is paid for or reserved with us. If a painting is no longer available we will refund you in full.

You own the physical painting. Copyright in the artwork stays with the artist, so please do not reproduce it without permission.
